Abstract

Предложено щеточное уплотнение, предназначенное для использования в условиях высоких температур и содержащее щетинки и уплотнительную мембрану с компенсирующей напряжение и отклонение конструкцией, способной к растяжению в продольном направлении при воздействии напряжения, нагрузки и/или при деформации. Одна часть уплотнительной мембраны перекрывает с возможностью скольжения другую часть по меньшей мере в одном направлении с обеспечением возможности их взаимного перемещения, которое способствует компенсации напряжения, нагрузки и/или отклонения во время изготовления, использования и эксплуатации. В одном варианте выполнения мембрана сложена сама на себя с обеспечением перекрытия с возможностью скольжения в одном направлении и выполнена из перекрывающихся листов, обеспечивающих перекрытие с возможностью скольжения в другом направлении. В другом варианте выполнения мембрана содержит разнесенные зоны деформации, обеспечивающие возможность продольного растяжения, которое способствует компенсации возникающих в мембране напряжения, нагрузки и/или деформации. Мембрана может быть изготовлена из термостойкой металлической пленки, толщина которой не превышает ширину или диаметр щетинок щетки, и выполнена с возможностью встраивания в щетинки щеточного уплотнения.
