Abstract
Способ откачивания нефти вследствие выброса из нефтяной скважины в открытом море, содержащий этапы: 1) установки опорной конструкции (4) с окружающей ее оболочкой (1) над нефтяной скважиной с течью или трубопроводом (26), для создания полого пространства над нефтяной скважиной с течью на морском дне (10), 2) откачивания воды и нефти через верх опорной конструкции (4) и, тем самым, создания разрежения под оболочкой (1) так, что оболочка (1) будет прижата к морскому дну благодаря гидростатическому давлению наружной воды; 3) непрерывного откачивания жидкости под оболочкой (1) из-под опорной конструкции (4), пока она не будет представлять собой чистую сырую нефть, и ее сбор. Установка содержит опорную конструкцию (4) с кожухом (12) для создания полого пространства над пятном вытекающей нефти или нефтепроводом (26) и упрочненную оболочку (1) такого размера, что она отходит по меньшей мере на 10 м в пространство вокруг опорной конструкции (4). Упрочненная оболочка (1) плотно прикреплена к нижней кромке (33) кожуха (12) опорной конструкции (4). По меньшей мере один перекачивающий трубопровод (6, 7) может быть подсоединен к верху опорной конструкции (4) для откачивания жидкости из опорной конструкции (4) и из-под нижней стороны оболочки (1).
