Abstract

Undersjøisk bearbeidingssystem for produksjon av olje og/eller gass fra en eller flere produksjonsbrønner (1), spesielt brønner som produserer tung olje på dypt vann og med høy viskositet. Systemet omfatter utenom produksjonsbrønnen(e) (1), en eller flere injeksjonsbrønner (2)for injeksjon av produsert vann, en separator (3), en produksjonspumpe (4), en pumpe for vanninjeksjon og vannsirkulasjon (5) og et oppvarmingsarrangement (6). Det er utstyrt med en rørsløyfe for sirkulasjon og injeksjon av vann (7) som knytter separatoren (3), injeksjons- og sirkulasjonspumpen (5), oppvarmingsarrangementet (6), den strømningsregulerende enheten (11) og brønnene (1, 2) sammen og gjør det mulig å sirkulere oppvarmet vann til brønnene (1, 2) via separatoren (3) og oppvarmingsarrangementet (6).
