Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к способу получения съедобного композита из газового гидрата и льда, включающему стадии контактирования водного раствора с диоксидом углерода или оксидом азота при давлении, достаточно высоком для образования газового гидрата, но температуре, предотвращающей это; и затем снижения температуры раствора с образованием газового гидрата и льда; отличающемуся тем, что водный раствор содержит от 0,01 до 5 вес.% аэрирующего агента. Настоящее изобретение также относится к замороженным кондитерским изделиям, содержащим газовые гидраты, и способам их получения.
