Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к керамическим порошкам, покрытым слоем наночастиц разнообразных кристаллических структур, и к способу их получения. Эти покрытия получают с помощью введения прекурсоров в эмульсию воды-в-масле, которые в ходе разложения при ее детонации образуют наночастицы, прилипающие к поверхности керамического порошка, предназначенного для нанесения покрытия. Этот базовый керамический порошок может быть синтезирован в ходе детонации эмульсии вода/масло или непосредственно быть помещенным в ее состав. Свойства полученного покрытия, такие как толщина, адгезия, пористость и процент покрытой поверхности, могут быть подобраны в соответствии с желаемым применением, причем керамические порошки с нанесенным покрытием могут применяться в различных областях нанотехнологии, таких как электроника, биомедицина, химия, керамика и энергетическая промышленность.
