Abstract

Изобретение относится к диеновой каучуковой композиции для пневматической шины на основе по меньшей мере (i) одного диенового эластомера, (ii) одного усиливающего неорганического наполнителя, (iii) одного агента связывания, обеспечивающего связь между неорганическим наполнителем и эластомером, причем указанный неорганический наполнитель содержит по меньшей мере один диоксид кремния, который можно получить способом, содержащим взаимодействие силиката с подкисляющим агентом, в результате чего получают суспензию диоксида кремния с последующим отделением и сушкой этой суспензии, отличающийся тем, что взаимодействие между силикатом и подкисляющим агентом осуществляют на следующих последовательных стадиях: (i) приводят в контакт (смешивают) водную суспензию осажденного диоксида кремния, имеющую рН от 2,5 до 5,3, с подкисляющим агентом и силикатом так, чтобы поддерживать рН реакционной среды от 2,5 до 5,3, (ii) в полученную реакционную среду водную вводят силикат до повышения значения рН реакционной среды в диапазоне от 4,7 до 6,3.
