Abstract

Способ идентификации продукта, включающий образование меченого продукта путем добавления к указанному продукту индикаторного материала, включающего по меньшей мере одно индикаторное соединение, которое является пригодным для использования в качестве добавки к пищевым продуктам, и последующий анализ образца указанного продукта для определения присутствия указанного индикаторного соединения, тем самым определяя, является ли указанный образец образцом меченого продукта. Способ в особенности применим для идентификации продуктов на основе растительного масла из рационально эксплуатируемых источников. Применение разрешенных пищевых добавок в качестве индикаторов позволяет идентифицировать продукт по каналу поставки, в то же время обеспечивая его безопасное использование в пищевых продуктах, если требуется.
