Abstract
Настоящее изобретение касается способа селекции штаммов организмов, обладающих способностью к лучшей утилизации смешанных субстратов, включающих два или несколько источников углерода, по сравнению с контрольным штаммом данного организма, при этом способ включает культивирование популяции контрольного штамма организма в присутствии двух или нескольких источников углерода, причем число поколений при росте данной популяции организма на каждом из данных источников углерода составляет по меньшей мере 50% от числа поколений при росте на источнике углерода, наиболее предпочтительном для контрольного штамма организма; и отбор полученного штамма организма, при этом происходит селекция штамма организма, обладающего способностью к лучшей утилизации смешанного субстрата, включающего два или несколько источников углерода, по сравнению с контрольным штаммом организма. Изобретение также касается штаммов организмов, отобранных таких способом. Штаммы организмов, идентифицированные этим способом селекции, могут применяться в процессах брожения, в которых используются смешанные субстраты.
