Abstract
Способ изготовления механических элементов, содержащий этапы обеспечения (210) механического элемента, имеющего шероховатую криволинейную поверхность предпочтительно с шероховатостью больше чем S= 0,1 мкм. Способ отличается тем, что содержит этап трибохимического осаждения (214) твердого смазочного материала непосредственно на шероховатую криволинейную поверхность в поперечных направлениях. Механический элемент имеет криволинейную поверхность. Криволинейная поверхность содержит поверхностный слой трибохимически осажденного твердого смазочного материала. Механический элемент можно изготовить вышеупомянутым способом. Инструмент для изготовления такого механического элемента содержит поддерживающую часть, по меньшей мере одну рабочую поверхность инструмента, средства обеспечения силы прижима инструмента к криволинейной поверхности и приводные средства перемещения указанной по меньшей мере одной рабочей поверхности инструмента в двух различных направлениях вдоль указанной криволинейной поверхности. Рабочая поверхность содержит оксид, карбид и/или силицид элемента, способного к формированию устойчивого сульфида.
