Abstract
L'invention a pour objet un procédé de formation d'un film mince lubrifiant solide comprenant le dépôt d'un matériau (3) à base de lubrifiant solide sur une zone de dépôt (11) à la surface (21) de la pièce mécanique (2), la formation d'un contact entre la pièce mécanique et un frotteur (5), au niveau d'une zone de contact située dans ladite zone de dépôt, l'application d'une charge sur le frotteur, de sorte à transmettre au moins partiellement ladite charge au matériau déposé et à la pièce mécanique au niveau de la zone de contact, et la génération d'un mouvement relatif entre le frotteur et la pièce mécanique en maintenant ladite charge, de sorte à former par frottement, à partir du matériau déposé, le film mince (1) lubrifiant solide au niveau de la zone de contact. L'invention a également pour objet un système configuré pour mettre en œuvre ledit procédé de formation.
