Abstract
Система вправления и фиксации костных фрагментов включает в себя по меньшей мере две костные пластины, выполненные с возможностью соединения между собой. Каждая костная пластина снабжена соединительным элементом для соединения с другой костной пластиной. Соединительный элемент первой костной пластины содержит множество выступов. Соединительный элемент второй костной пластины имеет отверстие. В первом состоянии соединения выступы входят в отверстие и создают шарнирообразное соединение между первой и второй костными пластинами. Во втором состоянии соединения выступы напряжены и создают жесткое соединение между первой и второй костными пластинами. С помощью предложенной системы закрепленные на костных пластинах костные фрагменты могут быть вправлены за счет поворота костных пластин. Когда костные фрагменты приведены в свое окончательное положение, выступы могут быть напряжены, в результате чего костные пластины жестко соединены между собой.
