Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к новым 4-(гетероциклил)алкил-N-(арилсульфонил)индолсоединениям формулы (I), их производным, стереоизомерам, фармацевтически приемлемым солям и содержащим их фармацевтически приемлемым композициям. Настоящее изобретение также относится к способу получения упомянутых выше новых соединений, их производных, стереоизомеров, фармацевтически приемлемых солей и к содержащим их фармацевтически приемлемым композициям. Такие соединения применимы при лечении различных расстройств, которые связаны с 5-НТрецепторными функциями. Конкретно, соединения данного изобретения также применимы при лечении различных расстройств CNS, гематологических расстройств, расстройств пищевого поведения, заболеваний, связанных с болью, респираторных заболеваний, урогенитальных расстройств, сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний и рака.
