Abstract
Предложено энергосберегающее стекло, включающее, по существу, взаимно параллельные первую поверхность (1) и вторую поверхность (2), где стекломасса (101) энергосберегающего стекла содержит поглощающий энергию солнечного излучения агент. Поглощающий энергию солнечного излучения агент присутствует в слое (103) стекломассы (101), который расположен рядом с первой поверхностью (1), причем в этом слое концентрация поглощающего энергию излучения агента существенно уменьшается по направлению от первой поверхности (1) вглубь стекломассы, так что поглощающий агент присутствует на глубине по меньшей мере 0,1 мкм и не более 100 мкм при измерении от первой поверхности (1) стекла. Согласно предлагаемому способу слой (104) частиц наращивают на первой поверхности (1) стекла, причем указанные частицы включают по меньшей мере один элемент или соединение элементов и диффундируют и/или растворяются в поверхностном слое стекла. По меньшей мере один элемент, растворяющийся из частиц, модифицирует поверхностный слой стекла, так что на поверхности образуется поглощающий энергию солнечного излучения слой (103), в котором концентрация указанного по меньшей мере одного элемента существенно уменьшается от поверхности стекла вглубь стекла, так что элемент присутствует на глубине по меньшей мере 0,1 мкм и не более 100 мкм при измерении от поверхности стекла.
