Abstract
Изобретение относится к подложке (10), снабженной пакетом тонких слоев, содержащим чередующуюся последовательность «n» функциональных слоев (40, 80) со свойствами отражения инфракрасного и/или солнечного излучения и «(n+1)» покрытий (20, 60, 100), где n - целое число ≥2, причем упомянутые покрытия состоят из множества диэлектрических слоев (24, 26; 64, 66; 104), так что каждый функциональный слой (40, 80) расположен между двумя покрытиями (20, 60, 100), причем каждый по меньшей мере из двух функциональных слоев (40, 80) нанесен на смачивающий слой (30, 70), соответственно нанесенный, в свою очередь, непосредственно на нижележащее покрытие (20, 60), отличающейся тем, что каждое из двух нижележащих покрытий (20, 60) содержит по меньшей мере один диэлектрический слой (24, 64) и по меньшей мере один некристаллический сглаживающий слой (26, 66) из материала, отличающегося от материала упомянутого диэлектрического слоя внутри каждого покрытия, причем упомянутый сглаживающий слой (26, 66) находится в контакте с упомянутым вышележащим смачивающим слоем (30, 70), и тем, что зти два нижележащих покрытия (20, 60) имеют разную толщину, причем толщина сглаживающего слоя (26, 66) нижележащего покрытия (20, 60), имеющего меньшую общую толщину, чем толщина другого нижележащего покрытия (60, 20), меньше или равна толщине сглаживающего слоя (66, 26) этого другого нижележащего покрытия (60, 20).
