Abstract

La invención se refiere a sistemas de acristalamiento con una baja emisividad y antisolares cuyas propiedades sólo cambian en un grado mínimo cuando se someten a un tratamiento térmico. Comprenden un apilamiento de capas finas que comprende una disposición alternante de n capas funcionales que reflejan la radiación infrarroja y n+1 recubrimientos dieléctricos, y una capa de barrera superpuesta directamente sobre la última capa funcional más alejada del sustrato, caracterizado por que: (i) el primer recubrimiento dieléctrico más cercano al sustrato comprende una capa hecha de un óxido, en contacto directo con el sustrato, (ii) el recubrimiento o recubrimientos dieléctricos internos rodeados por dos capas funcionales comprenden una capa hecha de un nitruro de silicio o un óxido de silicio con un grosor superior a 5 nm rodeado en ambas caras por capas hechas de un óxido que no es óxido de silicio con grosores superiores a 5 nm, (iii) la capa de barrera tiene como base óxido de zinc o está constituida por un óxido de indio posiblemente dopado con estaño y (iv) el último recubrimiento dieléctrico más alejado del sustrato comprende, en un orden que comienza en el sustrato: una capa hecha de un óxido que no es óxido de silicio con un grosor superior a 3 nm y una capa hecha de un nitruro de silicio o un óxido de silicio con un grosor superior a 10 nm.
