Abstract

Передаточный механизм с трансмиссией посредством тел качения, содержащий ведущий элемент, тела качения и ведомый элемент, причем ведущий элемент сопряжен с ведомым элементом посредством тел качения, а движение элементов ограничено движением с одной степенью свободы, при этом указанные элементы содержат соответствующие направляющие канавки для тел качения, входящие в контакт с телами качения по кривым качения; направляющие канавки для тел качения начинаются и заканчиваются на соответствующих парах граничных поверхностей; а ведущий и ведомый элементы выполнены с возможностью обмена ролями, при этом расстояния между точками кривой качения на ведущем элементе и кривой качения на ведомом элементе являются различными; перемещение тел качения представляет собой чистое качение; для всех пар точек контакта кривых качения, находящихся в контакте с телами качения, соответствующие касательные плоскости являются параллельными друг другу; скорости пар точек контакта равны друг другу по величине, но противоположны по знаку; в точках контакта линии действия сил пересекают центральные оси тел качения; длины кривых качения на ведущем элементе и ведомом элементе равны, а касательные плоскости к кривым качения до и после точек контакта наклонены под углом друг относительно друга.
