Abstract
【解決手段】外周に第1のギヤ部11、111を有する軸状の金属インサート部材12と、外周に第2のギヤ部13、113を有し金属インサート部材の一端外周に樹脂モールドされる樹脂製ギヤ14とを備え、金属インサート部材の略全長に亘って第1のギヤ部を形成し、第1のギヤ部の一端外周を樹脂製ギヤが樹脂モールドされるインサート部17とした。

Claims (5)
- 外周に第1のギヤ部(11、111)を有する軸状の金属インサート部材(12)と、外周に第2のギヤ部(13、113)を有し前記金属インサート部材の一端外周に樹脂モールドされる樹脂製ギヤ(14)とを備え、
前記第1のギヤ部を前記金属インサート部材の略全長に亘って形成し、該第1のギヤ部の一端を前記樹脂製ギヤが樹脂モールドされるインサート部(17)としたことを特徴とする回転伝達部材。 - 請求項1において、前記第1のギヤ部(11)はヘリカルギヤからなっていることを特徴とする回転伝達部材。
- 請求項2において、前記インサート部(17)をなす前記第1のギヤ部(11)の一端外周に、軸方向抜け止め用の環状溝(23)を形成したことを特徴とする回転伝達部材。
- 請求項1において、前記第1のギヤ部(111)および第2のギヤ部(113)はスパーギヤからなり、該第1のギヤ部の前記インサート部(17)に、軸方向抜け止め用の環状溝(123)を形成したことを特徴とする回転伝達部材。
- 外周に第1のギヤ部(11、111)を有する軸状の金属インサート部材(12)と、外周に第2のギヤ部(13、113)を有し前記金属インサート部材の一端外周に樹脂モールドされる樹脂製ギヤ(14)とによって構成される回転伝達部材を製造する方法にして、
前記金属インサート部材(12)の略全長に亘って第1のギヤ部を加工するとともに、前記樹脂製ギヤ(14)が樹脂モールドされる前記第1のギヤ部の一端のインサート部(17)の外周に環状溝(23)を加工し、その後、前記インサート部を成形金型(22)内に挿入した状態で樹脂を射出して樹脂製ギヤ(14)をインサート成形するようにしたことを特徴とする回転伝達部材の製造方法。
