Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу очистки технологического газа (7), содержащего твердое вещество, в печи (1) для плавки во взвешенном состоянии, включающему направление технологического газа из реакционной шахты (2) печи для плавки во взвешенном состоянии в нижнюю часть (3) печи и, далее, через вертикальную шахту (4) в утилизирующий тепло отработавших газов бойлер (6) для охлаждения технологического газа, в соответствии с чем через одно или более газовых сопел (8), расположенных на верхней стенке (12) нижней печи, в поток технологического газа (7) в нижней части (3) печи подают окисляющий газ (9), причем количество окисляющего газа регулируют во время процесса таким образом, что количество сульфидов, содержащихся в твердом веществе технологического газа, который направляют в утилизирующий тепло отработавших газов бойлер (6), является минимальным. Изобретение также относится к соответствующему оборудованию.
