Abstract

<B>METODO E EQUIPAMENTO PARA TRATAMENTO DE GAS DE PROCESSO<D> A presente invenção se refere a um método para tratamento de gás de processo (7) contendo sólidos em um forno para fundição de material em suspensão (1), compreendendo dirigir o gás de processo, a partir do eixo reacional (2) do forno para fundição de material em suspensão, para um forno inferior (3) e, posteriormente, através de um eixo elevado (4) para uma caldeira de aquecimento de resíduos (6) para resfriar o gás de processo, pelo que, através de um ou mais bocais de gás ajustáveis (8) colocados na parede superior (12) do forno inferior é alimentada uma quantidade de gás oxidante (9) dentro da circulação do gás de processo (7) no forno inferior (3>, onde a quantidade de gás oxidante (9) é ajustada durante o processo, de modo que a quantidade de sulfetos contida na matéria sólida do gás de processo que é dirigida para a caldeira de aquecimento de resíduos (6) seja minimizada. A invenção também se refere a um equipamento para sua implementação.
