Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest urządzenie do chemiczno-termicznej obróbki stali i stopów w ośrodkach gazowych z zastosowaniem sterowania automatycznego. Urządzenie jest wyposażone w piec grzewczy (1) z retortą albo bez retorty, w umieszczony w piecu zespół (4) katalitycznego oddziaływania na gazy technologiczne, w urządzenia do doprowadzania, mieszania, dozowania i odprowadzania gazów technologicznych i w urządzenie do bieżącej kontroli i sterowania potencjału azotu w atmosferze pieca. Urządzenie do bieżącej kontroli i sterowania potencjału azotu w atmosferze pieca ma postać czujnika tlenu (5), przetwornika wtórnego (6) ze wskazaniem potencjału azotu w jednostkach wagowych zawartości azotu w żelazie, oraz zespołu wykonawczego, przy czym zespół katalitycznego oddziaływania na gazy technologiczne jest umieszczony w piecu, w instalacji doprowadzania gazów technologicznych. Techniczny efekt uzyskiwany przy realizacji tego wynalazku polega na znacznym powiększeniu niezawodności i stabilności procesów technologicznych, a także na skróceniu czasu azotowania dzięki zastosowaniu kompleksowej automatyzacji procesów.
