Abstract

Предложены система выработки электрической энергии с приводом от турбины и способ управления такой системой. Система (1) содержит турбину (2), выполненную с возможностью приведения в действие посредством текучей среды (3), имеющей скорость (v) текучей среды, изменяющуюся во времени. Турбина (2) соединена с гидростатическим объемным насосом (6), также соединенным с гидростатическим объемным двигателем (8) в качестве части системы гидростатической передачи. Система содержит систему (15, 15а) управления с замкнутым контуром, выполненную с возможностью непрерывного приема сигнала (11) скорости (v) текучей среды, а также непрерывного приема сигнала (12m) скорости вращения турбины, вычисления сигнала (16) управления для исполнительного механизма (17) управления рабочим объемом гидростатического двигателя для непрерывной коррекции рабочего объема (d) гидростатического двигателя (8), для поддержания уставки по коэффициенту скорости концов лопаток и достижения повышенного энергетического КПД системы (1) во время флуктуации скорости текучей среды.
