Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к диагностическому набору для одновременного определения антибиотиков различных классов, отличающемуся тем, что он включает, во-первых, единственную реакционную смесь, включающую, по меньшей мере, меченый первый рецептор, специфически распознающий β-лактамы, меченый второй рецептор, специфическим и конкурентным образом распознающий тетрациклин и биотинилированный фрагмент нуклеиновой кислоты; антитело против сульфамида и меченый сульфамидный аналог; во-вторых, адсорбирующую систему в виде твёрдой подложки, включающую нитроцеллюлозную мембрану, на которой в трёх известных и различных участках иммобилизованы, соответственно, антибиотик с β-лактамным ядром, авидин и антитело, способное избирательно распознавать антитело против сульфамида; таким образом, чтобы интенсивность метки, выявляемая на адсорбирующей системе в трёх тестовых зонах независимо, являлась бы результатом конкурентного распознания каждого антибиотика своим меченым рецептором.
