Abstract

Способ получения диспергируемой во рту твердой фармацевтической формы, включающий следующие стадии: а) покрытия активного ингредиента по меньшей мере одним гидрофильным карбоксилатным полимером, b) гранулирования покрытого активного ингредиента, полученного на стадии (а), по меньшей мере с одним липидным соединением, имеющим температуру плавления ниже, чем у активного ингредиента, с) смешивания гранулята, полученного на стадии (b), по меньшей мере с одним гидрофильным природным полимером, имеющим высокую молекулярную массу, и d) смешивания гранулята, полученного на стадии (с), с ингредиентами, пригодными для получения диспергируемой во рту твердой фармацевтической формы. Диспергируемая во рту твердая фармацевтическая форма содержит активный ингредиент, покрытый по меньшей мере одним гидрофильным карбоксилатным полимером, и по меньшей мере одно липидное соединение, в котором упомянутый покрытый активный ингредиент встроен в матрицу, содержащую по меньшей мере один гидрофильный природный полимер, имеющий высокую молекулярную массу.
