Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу производства частично кристаллического поликонденсата, в частности полиэфира или полиамида, причем сначала получают расплав поликонденсата преполимера, который с помощью головного грануляционного устройства формуют в грануляты со средним диаметром менее 2 мм, причем грануляты подвергаются резке на выходе из матрицы. В последующем в процессе твердофазной поликонденсации увеличивают степень кристаллизации и молекулярный вес гранулятов. Грануляции подвергают расплав поликонденсата преполимера путем продавливания его через пластину фильеры с большим числом отверстий, которые предпочтительно располагаются, по крайней мере, на одной кольцевой линии. Резку гранулятов производят с помощью вращающегося режущего инструмента струёй жидкости.
