Abstract

Способ получения (R)-(-)-5(2-аминопропил)-2-метоксибенолсульфонамида, имеющего формулу I, и его применение для получения тамсулозина. Защитная группа вводится в N-[(1R)-2(4-метоксифенил)-1-метилэтил]-N-[(1R)-1-фенилэтил)]амин, полученный амид формулы IX подвергается хлорсульфированию и образовавшийся в результате сульфохлорид превращают в сульфонамид формулы X, из которого гидрированием получают соединение формулы I.
