Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к синтезу 1-амино-3,5-диметиладамантана ("мемантина") и его гидрохлорида. В частности, описано новое промежуточное соединение (N-хлор-ацетиламино-3,5-диметиладамантан) для синтеза мемантина, а также новый способ получения мемантина и его гидрохлорида с использованием указанного промежуточного соединения.
