Abstract
В изобретении предлагается способ, литейный агрегат (10) и литейное устройство для загрузки кристаллизатора (12) расплавленным металлом и обеспечения его кристаллизации в кристаллизаторе с образованием объекта, причем способ содержит операцию нагревания кристаллизатора, проводимую раньше загрузки кристаллизатора, за счет индукционного нагрева, до повышенной температуры, при которой производят загрузку. Литейный агрегат (10) содержит кристаллизатор (12) для отливки объекта и блок (14) индукционного нагрева, который содержит по меньшей мере один индуктор, охватывающий кристаллизатор, для его нагревания до повышенной температуры, проводимого раньше литья. Устройство (20) содержит литейный агрегат (10) и плавильное устройство (4) для образования жидкой завалки металла, причем устройство (40) содержит блок нагрева (44), предназначенный для нагревания предшественника жидкой завалки, чтобы его расплавить.
