Abstract

Представленное устройство (30) регенерации сточных и минерализованных вод включает ряд концентрических тонкостенных кожухов, внешний кожух (40), промежуточный кожух (32) и внутренний кожух (34). Кожухи установлены внутри корпуса (50), в котором может поддерживаться вакуум или низкое давление. Кожухи вращаются с высокой скоростью. Загрязненная жидкость с внешней стороны корпуса вводится в промежуток между двумя смежными кожухами. Центробежная сила заставляет жидкость растекаться тонким (пленочным) слоем по внутренней лицевой поверхности кожуха. Компрессор (220) понижает давление, вследствие чего тонкая пленка жидкости начинает кипеть. Под воздействием компрессора пар переносится к другой стенке тех кожухов, которые имеют слегка повышенную температуру. Здесь пар соприкасается со стенкой, которая является охладителем, поскольку его собственное тепло было перенесено для нагрева загрязненной жидкости. Пар конденсируется, а вращение отбрасывает конденсат к противоположной смежной стенке, где он собирается. Выделяемая в ходе процесса теплота конденсации переносится к кожуху для нагрева поступающей загрязненной жидкости. Для завершения течения цикла от парообразования до конденсации устройство (30) не нуждается в других источниках тепла, кроме энергии сжатия пара.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
