Abstract
Изобретение касается способа определения активности 5'-нуклеотидазы, в котором биологический образец инкубируют по способу и в условиях, известных per se, с нуклеотидпентозомонофосфатом в качестве субстрата, высвобожденный неорганический фосфат превращают в окрашенный комплекс путем его обработки молибдатом аммония и восстанавливающим агентом, интенсивность цвета измеряют известным способом и из измеренной величины активности 5'-нуклеотидазы или количества неорганического фосфата, высвобожденного за единицу времени, рассчитывают величину, пропорциональную активности 5'-нуклеотидазы, с помощью известных вычислений и/или с помощью калибровочной кривой. Согласно изобретению 5'-АМР, 5'-СМР, 5'-UMP, 5'-GMP, 5'-IMP и 5'-ТМР используют в качестве нуклеотидпентозомонофосфатов и измерения выполняют на всех шести субстратах. Изобретение также касается набора реагентов для осуществления вышеуказанного способа.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
