Abstract

В изобретении предложен способ увеличения выхода как HCN, так и ацетонитрила, полученных при производстве акрилонитрила, который предусматривает введение углеводорода, выбранного из группы, в которую входят пропилен и пропан, неочищенного кетона и/или смеси, по меньшей мере, двух кетонов, аммиака и воздуха в зону реакции, которая содержит катализатор аммоксидирования, проведение реакции между углеводородом, кетоном, аммиаком и кислородом над указанным катализатором при повышенной температуре, что позволяет получить акрилонитрил, цианид водорода и ацетонитрил, с последующей рекуперацией акрилонитрила, ацетонитрила и цианида водорода из реактора.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
