Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу регулирования парового инжектора (1). Инжектор (1) является инжектором такого типа, который содержит вход (3) для пара и вход (2) для продукта, который следует подвергнуть тепловой обработке, а также выход (8) для уже обработанного продукта. Инжектор (1), кроме того, содержит расположенную в центре регулировочную иглу (4), вокруг которой концентрично расположены зазоры (5, 6) для пара и продукта соответственно. Отверстие в зазорах (5, 6) можно регулировать с помощью регулировочной иглы (4), которую можно продвигать вперед или отводить назад возвратно-поступательно. Положение регулировочной иглы (4) регулируют с помощью переключателя (9), который контролируют посредством регулятора (13). Регулятор (13) регистрирует значения показаний манометра (10) на входе продукта и манометра (11) на выходе (8) продукта.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
