Abstract
Данное изобретение относится к методу электрохимического определения событий последовательность-специфической гибридизации олигомеров нуклеиновой кислоты. Одиночные цепи олигомеров ДНК/РНК/ПНК, которые одним концом связываются с проводящей поверхностью, а другим концом - с веществом, обладающим окислительно-восстановительной активностью, используются в качестве гибридизационного матрикса (зонда). Одноцепочечные олигонуклеотиды гибридизуют путем обработки раствором олигонуклеотида (мишени), подлежащего тестированию, в результате изменяется электрическая связь между проводящей поверхностью и веществом, обладающим окислительно-восстановительной активностью, которая первоначально либо отсутствовала, либо была слабой. Это позволяет детектировать событие гибридизации с использованием электрохимических методов, таких как циклическая вольтамметрия, амперометрия или измерение проводимости.Отчет о международном поиске опубликован 2000.11.30.
