Abstract

Способ получения газа, обогащенного моноксидом углерода и водородом, паровым реформингом углеводородного сырья в присутствии катализатора парового реформинга, нанесенного в виде тонкой пленки на стенки реактора, включающий операции: (a) возможное пропускание технологического газа углеводородного сырья через первый реактор с тонкой пленкой катализатора парового реформинга, нанесенного на стенки реактора, находящегося в теплопроводящей связи с горячим газовым потоком; (b) пропускание эффлюента из первого реактора в последующий трубчатый реактор, снабженный тонкой пленкой катализатора парового реформинга и/или таблетками катализатора парового реформинга и нагреваемый при помощи сжигания топлива, с получением частично преобразованного паром газового эффлюента и горячего газового потока дымового газа; (c) пропускание эффлюента из второго реактора в автотермическую реформинг-установку; и (d) удаление из автотермической реформинг-установки горячего газового потока получаемого газа, обогащенного водородом и моноксидом углерода.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
