Abstract

Изобретение предусматривает способы превращения низших алканов и алкенов в соответствующие низшие алканолы и диолы. В соответствии со способами согласно данному изобретению газообразный галоген, предпочтительно бром, получают в результате разложения галогенида металла в жидкости, имеющей температуру плавления ниже, а температуру кипения выше температуры разложения галогенида металла. Предпочтительная жидкость представляет собой расплавленное, гидратированное хлористое железо (3), температуру которого поддерживают на уровне приблизительно 37-280°C. Низший алкан или алкен подвергают галогенированию в газофазной реакции с получением галогена. Галоидалкил или дигалоидалкил соединяют с гидроокисью металла, предпочтительно водным раствором гидроокиси железа (3), с целью регенерации галогенида металла и получения соответствующего низшего алканола или диола. Применение данного изобретения особенно эффективно при превращении метана в метанол с применением бромистого железа (3) для получения галогена.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
