Abstract

Способ и устройство для термического преобразования биомассы и органических отходов. Исходный материал подают в реактор (1-3) с псевдоожиженным слоем, в котором материал подвергают преобразованию при повышенной температуре под воздействием вещества из твердых частиц, поддерживаемого в псевдоожиженном состоянии с помощью псевдоожижающего газа, при этом вещество в виде твердых частиц переносят из реактора в регенератор (24, 28, 29) для регенерации, а затем рециркулируют в реактор после регенерации и извлекают подвергнутые конверсии углеводородные продукты из реактора. Реактор (1-3) и регенератор включают стояки (13, 24), имеющие кольцевое вдоль оси поперечное сечение и снабженные циклонами (14, 17, 25, 26) с множеством входов для отделения вещества в виде твердых частиц. Посредством настоящего изобретения можно получать пиролизное масло, качество которого выше, чем качество масла, полученного известными способами. Включение циклонов с множеством входов в реактор уменьшает скорости газа, уменьшает физический размер циклона и сокращает время пребывания газов в циклоне.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
