Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA PIROLISAçãO DE CARGAS DE ALIMENTAçãO CARBONáCEAS"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo e aparelho para conversão térmica de biomassa e resíduos orgânicos. De acordo com a invenção, a carga de alimentação é alimentada para dentro do reator de leito fluidizado (1-3) onde a alimentação é convertida em uma temperatura elevada sob a influência de matéria em partícula mantida no estado fluidizado por um gás de fluidização, a matéria em partículas é transferida do reator para o regenerador (24, 28, 29) para regeneração e então recirculada para o reator após a regeneração, e os produtos de hidrocarbono convertidos são recuperados do reator. Ambos o reator (1-3) e o regenerador compreendem elevadores (13, 24) possuindo uma seção transversal axialmente anular e sendo equipados com ciclones de múltiplas entradas (14, 17, 25, 26) para a separação de matéria em partículas. Por meio da invenção é possível produzir óleo de pirólise, a qualidade do mesmo sendo maior do que aquela do óleo produzido com os processos da técnica anterior. A incorporação de ciclones de múltiplas entradas na configuração do reator reduz as velocidades do gás, reduz o tamanho físico do ciclone e encurta o tempo de residência dos gases no ciclone.
