Abstract
Настоящее изобретение имеет отношение к системе удаления нежелательных жидкостей, главным образом водной фазы, которые осаждаются на дне резервуаров для хранения жидких продуктов. В системе использовано дренажное устройство (30), которое включает в себя вогнутый корпус (31), который заканчивается седлом (26), и пограничный поплавок (8), имеющий участок закупорки (пробку) (25). Пограничный поплавок (8) погружен в продукт и плавает на поверхности водной фазы. При снижении уровня водной фазы участок закупорки (25) герметично садится на седло (26), прекращая операцию дренажа, так как вся накопленная ранее водная фазу уже слита. Дренажная система может быть автоматической или ручной. В первом случае использован датчик (12) для обнаружения наличия водной фазы и управления процессом открывания стопорного клапана (11), что позволяет произвести дренаж накопленной водной фазы. В случае ручного управления оператор периодически проверяет наличие водной фазы внутри резервуара для хранения жидкости (1) при помощи уровнемера (28) для проверки уровня жидкости. При накоплении водной фазы он открывает ручной стопорный клапан (29) для слива всей накопленной водной фазы из резервуара.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
