Abstract

Предметом изобретения является способ получения плотных и предпочтительно ячеистых полиуретановых эластомеров при превращении (а) высокомолекулярных полигидроксильных соединений и, при необходимости, (б) низкомолекулярных средств для удлинения цепи и/или средств для сшивки (в) с 1,4-фенилендиизоцианатом (п-ФДИ) и, как минимум, одним дополнительным ароматическим диизоцианатом, выбранным из группы толуилендиизоцианат, дифенилметандиизоцианат, 3,3'-диметилдифенилдиизоцианат, 1,2-дифенилэтандиизоцианат, и/или алифатическим диизоцианатом с числом атомов углерода от 4 до 12, и/или циклоалифатическим диизоцианатом с числом атомов углерода от 6 до 18, в присутствии или отсутствии (г) катализаторов, (д) пенообразователей и (е) добавочных веществ, причем компоненты (а), (в) и, при необходимости, (б), предпочтительно, приводят к реакции после их преполимеризации, а также изоцианатные преполимеры, пригодные для получения этих эластомеров.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
