Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу гомополимеризации или сополимеризации олефинов путем контактирования одного или нескольких полимеризуемых олефинов общей формулыCH=CRR(I)где Rи Rимеют одинаковые или разные значения и означают водород или C-C-алкил, с каталитической системой процесса полимеризации, полученной в результате взаимодействия, по меньшей мере, нижеследующих компонентов: 1) твердого прокатализатора, содержащего титан (Ti), хлор и магний, 2) сокатализатора, содержащего алюминий (Al) и C-C-алкил, и, по возможности, 3) донора внешних электронов (ED). Предлагаемый способ включает стадии, заключающиеся в том, что: a) в отсутствие полимеризуемого олефина осуществляют взаимодействие первой порции сокатализатора и, по меньшей мере, половины прокатализатора от общего его количества, так что молярное отношение Al/Ti в каталитической системе составляет в интервале 0,1-20 для получения продукта форконтакта; b) осуществляют взаимодействие продукта, полученного в результате форконтакта, второй порции сокатализатора и одного или нескольких полимеризуемых олефинов формулы (I) с образованием первого продукта реакции гомо- или сополимеризации или, в альтернативном варианте, продукта форполимеризации; c) в альтернативном варианте осуществляют взаимодействие продукта форполимеризации, третьей порции сокатализатора и одного или нескольких полимеризуемых олефинов формулы (I) с образованием второго продукта реакции гомо- или сополимеризации; и d) извлекают первый продукт реакции гомо- или сополимеризации, продукт форполимеризации или второй продукт гомо- или сополимеризации.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
