Claims (16)
1. Fremgangsmåde til kraftig koncentrering af vandige opløsninger, der indeholder termisk følsomme organiske bestanddele og er med eller uden mineralbestanddele, hvor først en større del af vandet (2) ekstraheres ved hjælp af membranfiltrering (MF) fra opløsningen (1) til forkoncentrering og fjernes fra processen, hvorefter opløsningen (3), der er forkoncentreret på denne måde, udsættes for en frysekoncentreringsprocedure (FC), hvor yderligere vand i form af separeret iskrystallisat (4) ekstraheres fra opløsningen, hvor denne koncentrering fremkaldes ved frysekoncentreringsproceduren (FC), indtil der er opnået en viskositet i moderopløsningen (6) på mindst 0,0002 m2/s, der er kendetegnet ved, at det separerede iskrystallisat (5) fra frysekoncentreringen (FC) med moderopløsningen klæbende dertil som en suspension returneres (7) til membranfiltreringen (MF) opstrøms for membranfiltreringen (MF) eller efter smeltning af iskrystallisatet.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, der er kendetegnet ved, at koncentreringen fremkaldes ved frysekoncentreringsproceduren, indtil der er opnået en viskositet i moderopløsningen på mindst 0,00025 m2/s, fortrinsvis mindst 0,0005 m2/s, især mindst 0,001 m2/s.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, der er kendetegnet ved, at frysekoncentreringsproceduren (FC) udføres i flere trin, især to trin (FC1, FC2), hvor kun iskrystalsuspensionen (4') fra frysekoncentreringstrinet (FC1), der er umiddelbart nedstrøms for membranfiltreringstrinet (MF), returneres (5) til eller opstrøms for membranfiltreringen, og iskrystallisatet (4), der er dannet i nedstrøms-frysekoncentreringstrinet/-trinene (FC2) returneres (7) til frysekoncentreringstrinet (FC2), der er placeret umiddelbart opstrøms.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, der er kendetegnet ved, at membranfiltreringen (MF) udføres som ultrafiltrering eller nanofiltrering, især ved bearbejdning af vandige opløsninger, der indeholder enzymer eller proteiner.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, der er kendetegnet ved, at membranfiltreringen (MF) udføres som omvendt osmose, især når der anvendes skummetmælk som en vandig opløsning.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, der er kendetegnet ved, at membranfiltreringen (MF) udføres i flere trin.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, der er kendetegnet ved, at iskrystallisatet (4) separeres i frysekoncentreringstrinet (FC), især i det første trin (S1) af en flertrins-frysekoncentreringsprocedure (FC1, FC2), på en kontinuerlig måde ved hjælp af en hydraulisk vaskesøjle.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, der er kendetegnet ved, at iskrystallisatet (4) separeres i frysekoncentreringstrinet (FC), især i det første trin (S1) af en flertrins-frysekoncentreringsprocedure, på en kontinuerlig måde ved hjælp af et hydraulisk fortykningsmiddel.

Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 8, der er kendetegnet ved, at iskrystallisatet (4) separeres i frysekoncentreringstrinet (FC), især i det sidste trin (S2) af en flertrins-frysekoncentreringsprocedure, på en diskontinuerlig måde ved hjælp af en stempeldrevet vaskesøjle eller ved hjælp af en centrifuge.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 9, der er kendetegnet ved, at frysekoncentreringsproceduren (FC) udføres mindst delvist i en tromlekrystallisator.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 10, der er kendetegnet ved, at den koncentrerede moderopløsning (6) uddrages fra frysekoncentreringen via en sigte eller et filter.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, der er kendetegnet ved, at overfladen af sigten eller filteret aftørres eller skrabes for at undgå tilstopning forårsaget af frysning under drift.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11 eller 12, der er kendetegnet ved, at den koncentrerede moderopløsning (6) uddrages ved anvendelse af en separat pumpeenhed.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 13, der er kendetegnet ved, at den koncentrerede moderopløsning (6) efterfølgende frysekoncentreringen (FC) efter separering (S) af i skrystal I i satet ledes til et krystalliseringstrin (CRY), hvor moderopløsningen får tilsat stoffer (10), især NaCI eller alohol, der frembringer en reduktion i opløseligheden af de organiske bestanddele og krystalliseringen deraf, og ved, at krystal I i satet af de organiske bestanddele separeres fra moderopløsningen som produkt, og den separerede moderopløsning returneres (13) til eller opstrøms for membranfiltreringen.
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 6 til 14, der er kendetegnet ved, at membranfiltreringen (MF) udføres mindst i ét trin som diafiltrering.
16. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 15, der er kendetegnet ved, at opholdstiden for moderopløsningen i frysekoncentreringstrinet (FC, FC1, FC2) sættes til mindst 45 minutter, fortrinsvis mindst 1 time, især til mindst 2 timer.
