Claims (5)
1. Glideelement omfattende: et basismateriale og en termisk sprøjtebelægning, som er tildannet på en glideoverflade på basismaterialet, hvorved den termiske sprøjtebelægning omfatter en molybdænfase, en chrom-karbidfase og en chromnikkellegeringfase, hvilken molybdænfase, chromkarbidfase og chromnikkellegeringfase er anbragt på basismaterialets glideoverflade, hvorved To-c/Tmo er 0,46 til 1,00, hvor en gennemsnitsværdi for chromkarbidfa-sernes tykkelser i en retning vinkelret på basismaterialets glideoverflade er TcrR og en gennemsnitsværdi af molybdænfasernes tykkelser i retning vinkelret på basismaterialets glideoverflade er Tmo, og hvorved Tmo er 1,4 til 4,2 pm og Tcrc er 1,1 til 2,0 pm.
2. Glideelement ifølge krav 1, hvorved der er tildannet porer i den termiske sprøjtebelægning, molybdænfaserne, chromkarbidfaserne, chromnikkellegeringsfaserne og porerne overlapper på glideoverfladen, og et totalt antal af molybdænfaserne, chromkarbidfaserne, chromnikkellegeringfa-serne og porerne, som overlapper på glideoverfladen, er 48/(100 pm) til 71/(100 pm) per enhed tykkelse af den termiske sprøjtebelægning i retningen vinkelret på glideoverfladen.
3. Glideelement ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 eller 2, hvorved: et indhold af molybdænatomer i den termiske sprøjtebelægning er 37 til 51 masse%, et indhold af chromatomer i den termiske sprøjtebelægning er 19 til 32 masse%, et indhold af nikkelatomer i den termiske sprøjtebelægning er 6 til 13 masse%, og et indhold af carbonatomer i den termiske sprøjtebelægning er 10 til 14masse%.
4. Glideelement ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 3, hvorved en gennemsnitlig hårdhed af den termiske sprøjtebelægning er 400 til 900 HV0.1.
5. Stempelring omfattende glideelementet ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 4.
