Claims (7)
1. En metode til automatisk aktivering af motoriseret ambulancebåre (10), omfattende: understøttelse af patienten på en motoriseret ambulancebåre (10), nævnte båre omfatter en støtteramme (12) forsynet med et par belastningshjul (70) foran og støttende patienten, et par forben (20) hver især med et forhjul (26) og et mellemliggende belastningshjul (30), et par bagben (40) hver især med et baghjul (46), et båreaktiveringssystem (34) med en frontaktuator (16), som bevæges sammen med forbenene (20), og som er sammenkoblet med støtterammen (12) og forbenene (20), og en bagaktuator (18), som bevæges sammen med bagbenene (40), og som er sammenkoblet med støtterammen (12) og bagbenene (40), og et bårestyringssystem operativt forbundet med båreaktiveringssystemet (34), så hævning og sænkning af forbenene (20) og bagbenene (40) styres uafhængigt, og som registrerer tilstedeværelsen af et signal, som anmoder om en ændring af stigningen på nævnte støtteramme (12), så båreaktiverings systemet bevæger enten forhjulene (26) eller baghjulene (46) eller begge relativt i forhold til støtterammen (12) via hævning eller sænkning af forbenene (20) og/eller bagbenene (40); og karakteriseret ved, at metoden er til at transportere en patient op eller ned af en rulletrappe (504, 506), og metoden omfatter derudover kørsel af båren op på rulletrappen (504, 506), hvor styresystemet automatisk trækker forbenene (20) ind eller kører dem ud for at bevare støtterammen (12) vandret i forhold til tyngdepunktet, når trappen (504, 506) kører op eller ned.
2. Metoden ifølge krav 1, hvor bårestyringssystemet (50) er operativt forbundet til en bremsemekanisme (94) associeret med hvert af forhjulene (26) og baghjulene (46), ved aktivering forhindrer nævnte bremsemekanisme (94), at et respektivt hjul ruller, og nævnte metode omfatter via bårestyringssystemet automatisk aktivering af bremsemekanismen (94) for hvert af forhjulene (26) og baghjulene (46), når båren (10) køres op eller ned af trappen (504, 506).
3. Metoden ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor bårestyringssystemet er operativt forbundet til en operativ styring (57), som frembringer et signal ved aktivering, som angiver aktivering af en elevatorfunktion, og metoden omfatter aktivering af den operative styring (57) inden eller imens båren (10) køres op på rulletrappen (504, 506), så styresystemet automatisk trækker forbenene (26) ind eller kører dem ud for at bevare støtterammen (12) vandret i forhold til tyngdepunktet, når trappen (504, 506) kører op eller ned.
4. Metoden ifølge ethvert af foregående krav, hvor bårestyringssystemet er operativt forbundet til en bremsemekanisme (94) associeret med hvert af forhjulene (26) og baghjulene (46), ved aktivering forhindrer nævnte bremsemekanisme (94), at et respektivt hjul ruller, og operativt forbundet til en operativ styring (57) med kardiopulmonær genoplivning (CPR), som frembringer et signal ved aktivering, som angiver aktivering af en CPR-funktion, som justerer båren (10) til en ergonomisk position til udførelse af effektiv CPR, og metoden omfatter aktivering af den operative styring med CPR, så styringssystemet automatisk trækker bagbenene (40) ind og kører forbenene (20) ud for at justere båren (10) til den ergonomiske position til udførelse af effektiv CPR og aktivere bremsemekanismen (94) associeret med hvert af forhjulene (26) og baghjulene (46).
5. Metoden ifølge ethvert af foregående krav, hvor bårestyringssystemet er operativt forbundet til en operativ styring (57) med Extra Corporal Membran Oxygenation (ECMO), som frembringer et signal ved aktivering, som angiver aktivering af en ECMO-funktion, som bevarer en forende (17) af båren (10) ved en højere stigning end en bagende (19) af båren (10) under betjening af båren, og metoden omfatter aktivering af den operative styring (57) med ECMO, så styringssystemet automatisk trækker bagbenene (40) ind eller kører dem ud og automatisk trækker forbenene (20) ind eller kører dem ud for at bevare forenden (17) af båren (10) ved en højere stigning end bagenden (19) af båren (10).
6. Metoden ifølge ethvert af foregående krav, hvor bårestyringssystemet er operativt forbundet til et display (58), og nævnte metode omfatter visning af en visuel indikation af en aktuel position af forbenene (20) og bagbenene (40) og farvekodet for at vise aktiverede ben i en første farve og ikke-aktiverede ben i en anden farve.
7. Metoden ifølge ethvert af foregående krav, hvor bårestyringssystemet er operativt forbundet til en tyngdebestemt referencesensor (80) konfigureret til at frembringe et tyngdebestemt referencesignal vejledende for en jordreference, og nævnte metode omfatter nævnte bårestyringssystem, som anvender nævnte tyngdebestemte referencesensor for at bevare støtterammen (12) vandret i forhold til tyngdepunktet.
