Claims (16)
1. Formaldehydfri vandig bindingssammensætning omfattende: mindst et monosaccharid, ammoniumsulfamat eller alkali eller jordalkalimetalsulfamat, i en vægtprocentandel, der ligger mellem 1 % og 10 %. ammoniumhydroxid og/eller et organisk eller uorganisk ammoniumsalt.
2. Bindingssammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor det mindst ene monosaccharid foreligger i en vægtprocentandel, der ligger mellem 80 % og 95 %, fortrinsvis mellem 80 % og 90 %.
3. Bindingssammensætning ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor monosaccharidet udvalgt blandt: glucose, fructose, galactose, xylose, arabinose, ribose, lixose, mannose og ramnose, fortrinsvis blandt glucose og fructose.
4. Bindingssammensætning ifølge et afde foregående krav, hvor ammonium-hydroxidet og/eller et organisk eller uorganisk ammoniumsalt foreligger i en vægtprocentandel på mindst 2 vægt-%, fortrinsvis mellem 2 og 10 vægt-%.
5. Bindingssammensætning ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor det organiske ammoniumsalt er saltet af en syre udvalgt blandt: citronsyre, vinsyre, gly-colsyre, æblesyre og mælkesyre.
6. Bindingssammensætning ifølge et af de foregående krav, omfattende ammoniumsulfamat i en vægtprocentandel, der ligger mellem 1 % og 5 %.
7. Bindingssammensætning ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor alkali eller jordalkalimetalsulfamatet er udvalgt blandt: natrium, kalium og calciumsul-famat.
8. Bindingssammensæting ifølge et af de foregående krav, yderligere omfattende mindst en yderligere bestanddel udvalgt blandt: urinstof, ammoniumlig-nosulfonat (CAS No. 8061-53-8), en acrylbestanddel, der har en molekylvægt, der ligger mellem 3000 og 10000, en mineralolie, aminosilaner, polysiloxaner og blandinger deraf.
9. Bindingssammensætning ifølge krav 8, hvor acrylbestanddelen er udvalgt blandt: en termohærdende vandig acrylresin og en polycarboxylsyre i en blanding med en polyol.
10. Bindingssammensætning ifølge et af kravene 8 til 9, hvor den yderligere bestanddel ligger mellem 0 og 15 %, og fortrinsvis op til 10 % af den tørre sammensætnings samlede vægt.
11. Bindinqssammensætninq ifølqe et af kravene 1 til 10, omfattende:
12. Anvendelse af den vandige bindingssammensætning ifølge et af de foregående krav, til fremstilling af mineralfibermateriale.
13. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et fibermateriale ud fra frie mineralfibre, hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter mindst et trin, hvor bindingssammensætningen ifølge krav 1-11 polymeriseres ved en temperatur på mindst 180 °C.
14. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et mineralfibermateriale ifølge krav 13, hvilken omfatter de følgende trin: a. at danne frie fibre ud fra et glas- eller klippemateriale; b. at placere de frie fibre i kontakt med den vandige bindingssammensætning ifølge krav 1-11 for at danne agglomerater af mineralfibre med bindingssammensætning ifølge krav 1 -11; og (c) at udsætte agglomeraterne for en varmebehandling ved en temperatur på mindst 180 °C.
15. Mineralfibermateriale tilvejebragt ved fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 13 og 14.
16. Anvendelse af ammoniumsulfamat som et krydsbindings- og polymerise-ringsmiddel i formaldehydfrie vandige bindingssammensætninger til mineralfibre.
