Claims (10)
1. Autoinjektor (1), der omfatter: et hus (2) , der er indrettet til at indeholde en medikamentbeholder med en kanyle (4); en kanyleafskærmning (7), der er teleskopisk koblet til huset (2) og kan bevæges mellem en første fremskudt position (FEP) i forhold til huset (2), hvor kanylen (4) er dækket, og en tilbagetrukket position (RP) i forhold til huset (2), hvor kanylen (4) er eksponeret, og en anden fremskudt position (SEP) i forhold til huset (2), hvor kanylen (4) er dækket, og kanyleafskærmningen (7) ikke kan translatere i forhold til huset (2); og et stempel (10), der er glidbart disponeret i huset (2) og kan bevæges mellem en proksimal position, en mellemposition og en distal position i forhold til huset (2), der er kendetegnet ved, at når stemplet (10) er i mellempositionen, og kanyleafskærmningen (7) er i den tilbagetrukne position (RP), så støder stemplet (10) op til huset (2) til forhindring af, at kanyleafskærmningen (7) returnerer til den første fremskudte position (FEP), og hvor stemplet (10) støder op til huset (2), når stemplet (10) er i den distale position, og kanyleafskærmningen (7) er i den anden fremskudte position (SEP), til forhindring af, at kanyleafskærmningen (7) returnerer til den tilbagetrukne position (RP), hvor huset (2) indbefatter en anden eftergivende husstav (2.5) med et andet fremspring (2.6), der er indrettet til at gå i indgreb med en styrestruktur (7.3) på kanyleafskærmningen (7), hvor den anden eftergivende husstav (2.5) kan bevæges i radial og tangential retning i forhold til huset (2), hvor styrestrukturen (7.3) indbefatter en første overflade (7.4), der er indrettet til radialt at støde op til det andet fremspring (2.6), når kanyleafskærmningen (7) er i den første fremskudte position (EP), hvor styrestrukturen (7.3) indbefatter en indskæring (7.5) proksimalt for den første overflade (7.4) eller den anden overflade (7.5), hvor indskæringen (7.5) er indrettet til at modtage det andet fremspring (2.6), når kanyleafskærmningen (7) er i den tilbagetrukne position (RP), og den anden eftergivende husstav (2.5) afbøjer radialt eller tangentialt, hvor stemplet (10) støder op til det andet fremspring (2.6), når det andet fremspring (2.6) er modtaget i indskæringen (7.5), og stemplet (10) er i mellempositionen.
2. Autoinjektor (1) ifølge krav 1, hvor huset (2) indbefatter en første eftergivende husstav (2.3) med et første fremspring (2.4), der er indrettet til at gå i indgreb med en radial stempelåbning (10.1) på stemplet (10), når stemplet (10) er i den proksimale position.
3. Autoinjektor (1) ifølge krav 2, hvor kanyleafskærmningen (7) radialt støder op til det første fremspring (2.4), når kanyleafskærmningen (7) er i den første fremskudte position (FEP) .
4. Autoinjektor (1) ifølge krav 2, hvor kanyleafskærmningen (7) indbefatter en radial afskærmningsåbning (7.2), der er indrettet til at rumme det første fremspring (2.4), når kanyleafskærmningen (7) er i den tilbagetrukne position (RP), og den første eftergivende husstav (2.3) afbøjer radialt.
5. Autoinjektor (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor styrestrukturen (7.3) indbefatter en anden overflade (7.5), der er indrettet til tangentialt at støde op til det andet fremspring (2.6), når kanyleafskærmningen (7) er i den første fremskudte position (EP) .

Autoinjektor (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor styrestrukturen (7.3) indbefatter en tredje overflade (7.7), der er radialt og tangentialt forskudt i forhold til den første overflade (7.4), der er indrettet til radialt at støde op til det andet fremspring (2.6), når kanyleafskærmningen (7) translaterer fra den tilbagetrukne position (RP) til den anden fremskudte position (SEP). Autoinjektor (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor styrestrukturen (7.3) indbefatter et tilstødende element (7.8), der er dannet på den første overflade (7.4) eller den anden overflade (7.5) proksimalt for indskæringen (7.5), der er indrettet til at forskyde det andet fremspring (2.6) radialt eller tangentialt, når kanyleafskærmningen (7) translaterer fra den første fremskudte position (FEP) til den tilbagetrukne position (RP).
10. Autoinjektor (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, der yderligere omfatter: en afskærmningsfjeder (8), der påvirker kanyleafskærmningen (7) i forhold til huset (2).
