Claims (15)
1. Drivindretning til lægemiddeldispenseringsanordning (100), der omfatter - et hus (10) med en proksimal ende (17) og en distal ende (16) , - en drivmekanisme, der omfatter en stempelstang (30) og en drivdel (40) til at drive stempelstangen (30) til dispensering af en dosis af lægemiddel, og en dosisdel (70), der er koblet til drivdelen (40), hvilken dosisdel (70) er bevægelig til indstilling af dosen af lægemiddel, der er kendetegnet ved, at drivindretningen yderligere omfatter - en returmekanisme, der omfatter en fjederdel (130), - en bevægelig del (110), der er koblet til fjederdelen (130), hvor drivindretningen er konfigureret, således at - den bevægelige del (110) i en indstillings-funktionstilstand af drivindretningen er koblet til dosisdelen (70), og den bevægelige del (110) under indstilling af dosen ved bevægelse af dosisdelen (70) bevæges fra en startposition til en dosisindstillet position til derved påvirkning af fjederdelen (130), og hvor dosisdelen (70), når den bevægelige del (110) er i den dosisindstillede position, kan aktueres af en bruger til skift af drivindretningen fra indstillingstilstanden til en dispenserings-funktionstilstand af drivindretningen, og hvor - drivdelen (40) og den bevægelige del (110) i dispenserings-funktionstilstanden er afkoblet, således at drivmekanismen kan betjenes af brugeren ved påføring af en drivkraft på drivmekanismen, og hvor fjederdelen (130) af returmekanismen driver den bevægelige del (110) uafhængigt af drivkraften mod dens startposition.
2. Drivindretning ifølge krav 1, hvor fjederdelen (130) er en torsionsfjeder, og drivindretningen er konfigureret, således at den bevægelige del (110) under indstilling af dosen roterer i en første retning i forhold til huset (10), og den bevægelige del (110) under dispensering af dosen roterer i en anden retning modsat den første retning i forhold til huset (10) .
3. Drivindretning ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor dosisdelen (70) er rotationslåst i forhold til drivdel (40), og hvor drivindretningen omfatter en frigørlig koblingsmekanisme, der er konfigureret, således at dosisdelen (70) i indstillingsfunktionstilstanden er roterbar i forhold til huset (10) , og et koblingstræk (45) i dispenserings-funktionstilstanden interagerer med et komplementært koblingstræk (22), således at dosisdelen (70) er rotationslåst i forhold til huset (10).
4. Drivindretning ifølge mindst ét af ovennævnte krav, hvor den bevægelige del (110) er gevindkoblet til huset (10), og hvor drivindretningen er konfigureret, således at en aksial vandring af dosisdelen (70) under indstilling af dosen defineres af gevindet, der etablerer gevindkoblingen mellem den bevægelige del (110) og huset (11).
5. Drivindretning ifølge mindst ét af ovennævnte krav, der er konfigureret, således at drivkraften, der påføres af brugeren, i dispenserings-funktionstilstanden overføres til stempelstangen (30) via drivmekanismen til drivning af stempelstangen (30) i den distale retning i forhold til huset (10) .
6. Drivindretning ifølge mindst ét af ovennævnte krav, hvor den bevægelige del (110) og dosisdelen (70) er koblet via en frigørlig rotationslåsningsmekanisme, og hvor drivindretningen er konfigureret, således at den frigørlige rotationslåsningsmekanisme i indstillings-funktionstilstanden er i indgreb til rotationslåsning af den bevægelige del (110) og dosisdelen (70), og hvor den frigørlige rotationslåsningsmekanisme afkobles, når den bevægelige del (110) i indstillings-funktionstilstanden er i den dosisindstillede position, og brugeren bevæger dosisdelen (70) distalt, således at den bevægelige del (110) og dosisdelen (70) er fri til rotation i forhold til hianden, og drivindretningen skiftes til dispenserings- funktionstilstanden.
7. Drivindretning ifølge mindst ét af ovennævnte krav, hvor drivindretningen er konfigureret, således at energien, der er lagret i fjederdelen (130), når den bevægelige del (110) er i den dosisindstillede position, anvendes til at drive returmekanismen og til at drive en feedbackmekanisme, der er i stand til at tilvejebringe et hørligt, synligt og/eller føleligt feedback, når dosen dispenseres.
8. Drivindretning ifølge mindst ét af ovennævnte krav, hvor drivindretningen omfatter en displaydel (120), hvor displaydelen (120) er rotationslåst i forhold til huset (11), og hvor en aksial afstand, hvormed displaydelen (120) bevæges, er større end en aksial afstand, hvormed dosisdelen (70) bevæges, når den bevægelige del (110) bevæges fra startpositionen til den dosisindstillede position.
9. Drivindretning ifølge krav 8, hvor drivindretningen omfatter en indikatordel (60), hvor displaydelen (120) omfatter et displaydelsvindue (122), og indikatordelen (60) omfatter indikatorværdier (66), og hvor drivindretningen er konfigureret, således at displaydelen (120) under en operation af drivindretningen, bevæges aksialt i forhold til indikatordelen (60), således at forskellige indikakorværdier (66) er synlige gennem displaydelsvinduet (122).
10. Drivindretning ifølge krav 8 eller 9, hvor dosisdelen (70) omfatter en indre sektion (76), og hvor drivindretningen er konfigureret, således at en proksimal endesektion af displaydelen (120) er fastholdt i den indre sektion (76), når den bevægelige del (110) er i den dosisindstillede position, og hvor en proksimal endesektion er anbragt uden for den indre sektion (76), når den bevægelige del (110) er i startpositionen.
11. Drivindretning ifølge mindst ét af ovennævnte krav, hvor et styreelement (10) på drivindretningen omfatter en første gevindsektion (46) med en første stigning og en anden gevindsektion (47) med en anden stigning, der er større end den første stigning, og hvor drivindretningen omfatter en sidste dosis-del (50), der kan bevæges fra en startposition til en slutposition, når dosen øges, og hvor sidste dosis delen (50) er konfigureret til at interagere med den første gevindsektion (46), når sidste dosis-delen er anbragt i eller i nærheden af startpositionen, og hvor sidste dosis-delen (50) er konfigureret til at interagere med den anden gevindsektion (47), når sidste dosis-delen (50) er anbragt i eller i nærheden af slutpositionen.
12. Drivindretning ifølge krav 11, hvor sidste dosis-delen (50) er konfigureret til at gå i gevindindgreb med den første gevindsektion (46) og den anden gevindsektion (47), og hvor drivdelen (40) omfatter et drivdels-stoptræk (48), og sidste dosis-delen (50) omfatter et sidste dosis-stoptræk (54), der er konfigureret til at frembringe et rotationsstop med drivdels-stoptrækket (48), når sidste dosis-delen (50) interagerer med den anden gevindsektion (48), således at en yderligere øgning af den indstillede dosis forhindres.
13. Drivindretning ifølge krav 11 eller 12, hvor den første gevindsektion og den anden gevindsektion er enkeltstart-gevindsektioner, og den ydre diameter af den anden gevindsektion er større end den ydre diameter af den første gevindsektion.
14. Drivindretning ifølge mindst ét af ovennævnte krav, hvor fjederdelen (130) er koblet til drivdelen (40) og konfigureret, således at en fjederkraft af fjederdelen (130) er mindre end den drivkraft, der er nødvendig til at drive drivmekanismen i dispenserings-funktionstilstanden.
15. Lægemiddeldispenseringsanordning (100), der omfatter en drivindretning ifølge mindst ét af ovennævnte krav.
