Claims (9)
1. Fremgangsmåde til forankring af en fundamentstruktur (3) i havbunden (1), hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter følgende trin: at indføre mindst en modtagestruktur (6) i havbunden, at nedsætte mindst en støttepost (5) for fundamentstrukturen (3) i den mindst ene modtagestruktur (6), at tilvejebringe en forbindelse mellem modtagestrukturen (6) og fundamentstrukturen (3) ved at fylde modtagestrukturen (6) med en hærdelig fyldmasse (7), og at hærde den hærdelige fyldmasse (7), hvilken støttepost (5) fikseres i modtagestrukturen (6) før påfyldning af modtagestrukturen (6) med den hærdelige fyldmasse (7), kendetegnet ved, at fikseringen opnås ved hjælp af fikseringselementer (11), der er anbragt på støtteposten (5) , hvilke fikseringselementer (11) er udformet som elastiske, skråt placerede metalplader (11).
2. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at metalpladerne (11) er anbragt med en højdeforskydning i forhold til hinanden i retning af længdeaksen af støtteposten (5) .
3. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 og 2, kendetegnet ved, at fikseringen opnås ved hjælp af fikseringselementer (13), der er anbragt på modtagestrukturen (6) .
4. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 3, kendetegnet ved, at fikseringselementerne (6), der er anbragt på modtagestrukturen (6), er udformet som ringformede stålindsatser (6).
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at der til fiksering udøves en trækkraft, der virker mod retningen af nedsænkningen af støtteposten (5), på støtteposten (5), før modtagestrukturen fyldes med fyldmassen.
6. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 5, kendetegnet ved, at trækkraften påføres via en spændkile (15) der indført mellem en øvre kant af modtagestrukturen (6) og et beslag med funktionen som en stopplade (14), der er tilvejebragt på støtteposten (5).
7. Fundamentstruktur (3), især til en havvindmølle, til forankring i havbunden (1), hvilken fundamentstruktur omfatter mindst en støttepost (5), som skal indføres i en modtagestruktur (6), hvilken støttepost (5) har fikseringselementer (11, 20) til midlertidig fiksering i modtagestrukturen (6), før grouting udføres, kendetegnet ved, at fikseringselementerne (11) er anbragt på støtteposten (5) som elastiske, skråt placerede metalplader (11).
8. Fundamentstrukturen ifølge krav 7, kendetegnet ved, at metalpladerne (11) er anbragt med en højdeforskydning i forhold til hinanden i retning af længdeaksen af støtteposten (5) .
9. Fundamentstrukturen ifølge krav 8, kendetegnet ved, at et beslag med funktionen som en stopplade (14) er tilvejebragt på støtteposten (5) .
