Claims (5)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et bionedbrydeligt emne ved anvendelse af fremgangsmåden til at fremkalde et vanddamptryk inden i en flerdelt form, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter at blande løst klid, af granulering fra 0,01 op til 2,80 mm i mængden af 95-100 vægt%, som indeholder mere end 14 vægt% vand, strukturelt bundet i form af fugt, med imprægnerende stoffer, smagsstoffer, duftstoffer, ikke-fiberholdige fyldstoffer, befugt-ningsmidler, farvestoffer eller kombinationer deraf i mængden af op til 5 vægt%, for at tilvejebringe en blanding af løst materiale; at varme formen til en temperatur på 120°C eller højere; at placere blandingen af løst materiale i én del af den flerdelte form; at lukke formen; at underkaste blandingen en simultan temperatur- og trykbehandling, hvor trykket er 1 MPa til 10 MPa; at fjerne trykket fra formen ved at lave en åbning på 0,5 mm eller mindre mellem formens kanter og frigive vanddamptryk inden i formen, hvor det at fjerne trykket udføres mindst én gang; og at åbne formen, hvor trinnene at lukke formen, at underkaste blandingen en simultan temperatur- og trykbehandling og at fjerne trykket fra formen udføres af forprogrammerede maskiner, som digitalt styrer bevægelsen af den flerdelte form afhængigt af forventede parametre af et slutprodukt.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor trinnene at lukke formen, at underkaste blandingen en simultan temperatur og tryk behandling og at fjerne trykket fra formen gentages.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-2, hvor den flerdelte form er en todelt form.
