Claims (19)
1. Mundpleje- og mundhygiejneprodukt med fotokatalytisk aktivitet omfattende partikler af en calciumphosphatforbindelse, der er overfladefunktionaliserede med T1O2-nanopartikler på krystallinsk form, hvor TiCh-partiklerne har: a) en i det væsentlige lamellar morfologi; b) et dimensionsforhold (AR) mellem 5 og 30; c) en overfladestruktur med flade (001) som yderste flade i krystalgitteret; og d) hvor T1O2 er i form af anatas, eventuelt blandet med rutil og/eller brookit.
2. Produkt ifølge krav 1, hvor partiklerne i calciumphosphatforbindelsen har mikro-metriske mål, fortrinsvis med en længde mellem 0,2 pm og 10 pm.
3. Produkt ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor Ti02-nanopartiklerne har en længde under 0,1 pm, fortrinsvis mellem 0,01 mm og 0,1 pm.
4. Produkt ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, hvor Ti02-nanopartiklerne har en tykkelse mellem 2 nm og 5 nm.
5. Produkt ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, hvor calciumphosphatforbindelsen er udvalgt fra gruppen omfattende: oktacalciumphosphat, tricalciumphosphat, apatit, hydroxyapatit og carbonathydroxyapatit.
6. Produkt ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, hvor calciumphosphatforbindelsen yderligere omfatter zinkioner og/eller carbonationer.
7. Produkt ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, hvor partiklerne i calciumphosphatforbindelsen har en overflade med frie positive og/eller negative ladninger.
8. Produkt ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7, hvor partiklerne i calciumphosphatforbindelsen, som er overfladefunktionaliserede med TiCb-nanopartikler, har en krystallinitetsgrad (CD) mellem 50 % og 80 %, fortrinsvis mellem 58 % og 75 %.
9. Produkt ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 8, i form af opslæmning, olie, gel eller faststof udvalgt fra gruppen omfattende: tandpasta, tandpulver, tyggegummi til mund- og tandhygiejne, gummesalve, mundvask og mundbadskoncentrat, gurglemiddel, bid- og tandbeskytterfyldstoffer og professionelle blegemidler.
10. Partikler af en calciumphosphatforbindelse, der er overfladefunktionaliseret med Ti02-nanopartikler ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 8.
11. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et mundpleje- og mundhygiejneprodukt med fotokatalytisk aktivitet udvalgt fra gruppen omfattende: tandpasta, tandpulver, tyggegummi, gummesalve, mundvask og mundbadskoncentrat, gurglemiddel, bid- og tandbeskytterfyldstoffer og professionelle blegemidler, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter følgende trin: a) at tilvejebringe en vandig opslæmning indbefattende partikler ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 8; og b) at blande den vandige opslæmning med andre bestanddele af mundpleje- og mundhygiejneproduktet.
12. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et mundpleje- og mundhygiejneprodukt med fotokatalytisk aktivitet udvalgt fra gruppen omfattende: tandpasta, tandpulver, tyggegummi, gummesalve, mundvask og mundbadskoncentrat, gurglemiddel, bid- og tandbe-skytterfyldstoffer og professionelle blegemidler, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter følgende trin: a') at tilvejebringe faste partikler ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 8; og b') at blande de faste partikler med andre bestanddele af mundpleje- og mundhygi-ejneproduktet.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, hvor trin a) omfatter følgende trin: ai) at fremstille en vandig opløsning omfattende calciumioner i en koncentration mellem 10"4 M og 10"2, fortrinsvis 10"3 M; bi) at opvarme den vandige opløsning til en temperatur mellem 30 °C og 120 °C, fortrinsvis 80 °C, i et tidsrum mellem 0,5 og 4 timer, indtil nævnte temperatur nås; Ci) dråbevist at tilsætte en vandig opløsning indeholdende phosphationer i en koncentration mellem 0,5 x 104 M og 0,5 x ΙΟ2 M, fortrinsvis 0,6 x ΙΟ3 M, over et tidsrum på mellem 2 timer og 8 timer, fortrinsvis 4 timer; di) dråbevist at tilsætte, samtidigt med tilsætningen af opløsningen indeholdende phosphationer, en alkoholisk opløsning af en titanforbindelse i en koncentration mellem 0,05 x 10"4M og 0,05 x 10"2 M, fortrinsvis 0,05 x 10"3 M; ei) at koge den fremkomne blanding med tilbagesvaler i et tidsrum på mellem 4 timer og 12 timer, fortrinsvis 8 timer.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 13, hvor alkoholen, der i trin di) anvendes til at fremstille alkoholblandingen, udvælges fra gruppen omfattende: methanol, ethanol, isopropanol, propanol, butanol, oktanol og blandinger deraf, og den anvendte titanforbindelse udvælges fra gruppen omfattende: et titanalkoxid, fortrinsvis titanisopropoxid eller titan-butoxid, og et uorganisk forstadium til titandioxid.
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 13 eller 14, hvor trin Ci) udføres ved samtidig at omrøre opløsningen, fortrinsvis ved hjælp af en mekanisk omrører, for at fange CO2 til stede i atmosfæren, eller ved at tilsætte carbonationer til den vandige opløsning indeholdende phosphationer, eller ved samtidig at tilsætte en første opløsning indeholdende carbonationer og en anden opløsning indeholdende phosphationer.
16. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 12, hvor trin a') omfatter følgende trin: a3) at fremstille en vandig opslæmning indbefattende partiklerne ifølge trin a); b3) at separere de faste partikler fra opslæmningen opnået fra trin a3); c3) at tørre de således opnåede våde faste partikler.
17. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 16, yderligere omfattende trinnet: d3) at vaske de fraseparerede faste partikler med vand eller en basisk opløsning forud for iværksættelsen af tørretrinnet C3).
18. Mundpleje- og mundhygiejneprodukt med fotokatalytisk aktivitet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 9 til anvendelse i forebyggelse eller behandling af tandpletter og plak.
19. Sæt af dele omfattende mindst et mundpleje- og mundhygiejneprodukt med fotokatalytisk aktivitet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 9 og mindst en lysudsendelsesanordning med en bølgelængde mellem 280 nm og 450 nm.
