Claims (12)
1. Anlæg til termisk behandling af en materialestrøm (2), fortrinsvist en materialestrøm indeholdende kulstof, der omfatter en multiniveauovn (1) med mindst et øvre og et nedre behandlingskammer (10; 11), hvilke kamre er adskilt fra hinanden i forhold til gastilførsel og hvert omfatter mindst to niveauer (100-102; 110-112), der er arrangeret oven over hinanden, hvori det i det mindste ene øvre behandlingskammer (10) er udformet som indtørringszone til den termiske behandling af materialestrømmen (2) ved forhøjede temperaturer og det nedre behandlingskammer (11) er udformet som en kølezone, kendetegnet ved, at kølezonen omfatter midler (5) til tilledning af flydende kølemiddel for afkøling og dannelse af en inert atmosfære. der er tilvejebragt mindst en midteraksel (106, 116), der ved hvert niveau er udstyret med rørearme (107, 117) til transport af materialestrømmen og midlerne (5) til tilledning af det flydende kølemiddel er arrangeret på midterakslen (116) og/eller på rørearmene (117).
2. Anlæg ifølge Krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at kølezonen (11) omfatter midler (40, 41) for tilførsel og udledning af en kølegas.
3. Anlæg ifølge Krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at hvert niveau (100-102; 110-112) omfatter en bund til niveauet (103-105; 113-115), og bundene til kølezonens niveauer afkøles ved hjælp af et køleapparat.
4. Metode til termisk behandling af en materialestrøm (1), fortrinsvist en materialestrøm indeholdende kulstof, i mindst et øvre og et nedre behandlingskammer (10; 11), hvilke kamre er adskilt fra hinanden i forhold til gastilførsel og hvert omfatter mindst to niveauer (100-102; 110-113), der er arrangeret oven over hinanden, hvori materialestrømmen (2) er udsat for termisk behandling ved forhøjede temperaturer i det i det mindste ene øvre behandlingskammer (10) og er udsat for afkøling i det nedre behandlingskammer (11), kendetegnet ved, at afkølingen af materialestrømmen (2) udføres ved tilledning af et flydende kølemiddel således, at der dannes en inert atmosfære.
5. Metode ifølge Krav 4, kendetegnet ved, at foruden vandafkøling også udføres afkøling ved brug af en kølegas.
6. Metode ifølge Krav 4, kendetegnet ved, at mængden af flydende kølemiddel, der anvendes til afkøling er således, at den afkølede materialestrøms vandindhold er mindre end 5 %, fortrinsvis mindre end 3 %, i forhold til vægten af materialestrømmen, der er afkølet i afkølingszonen (2).
7. Metode ifølge Krav 4, kendetegnet ved, at mængden af det flydende kølemiddel, der anvendes til afkøling er således, at mindst 90 % af den tilførte mængde kølemiddel fordamper.
8. Metode ifølge Krav 4, kendetegnet ved, at materialestrømmens (2) temperatur reduceres med mere end 30 % i afkølingszonen.
9. Metode ifølge Krav 4, kendetegnet ved, at materialestrømmens (2) temperatur reduceres til under 85° C i afkølingszonen.
10. Metode ifølge Krav 4, kendetegnet ved, at materiale, der allerede er afkølet, og/eller behandlingsstøv, der er udtrukket fra materialestrømmen ved en anden placering, indføres i det nedre behandlingskammer og blandes med materialestrømmen der skal afkøles, med det formål at afkøle sidstnævnte.
11. Metode ifølge Krav 4, kendetegnet ved, at termisk energi opnås under afkølingen og anvendes til den termiske behandling af materialestrømmen (2) i et øvre behandling skammer.
12. Metode ifølge Krav 4, kendetegnet ved, at yderligere afkøling via omgivende luft eller en gas med et iltindhold, der er mindre end 8 % udføres i en yderligere køleindretning (6), hvilken er forbundet til afkølingszonen i multiniveau ovnen (1).
