Claims (13)
1. Fotovoltaik-panel (1) med mindst en solcelle (2), der i det mindste på den side (3), der vender mod lyset, og den modsatte side (4), der vender væk fra lyset, er dækket af transparent kompositmateriale (5a, 5b), kendetegnet ved, at kompositmaterialet (5a, 5b) er et kunststof (7a, 7b), der er forstærket med glasfibre (6a, 6b), på basis af et acrylat, der indeholder epoxygrupper, hvor glasfibrene (6a) på den side (3), der vender mod lyset, af den mindst ene solcelle (2) er udformet til et tekstil (8a) med en vægt i området 50 til 300 g/m2, fortrinsvis i området 100 til 200 g/m2 og særligt foretrukket i området 160 til 165 g/m2.
2. Fotovoltaik-panel (1) ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at acrylatet, der indeholder epoxygrupper, er glycidylmethacrylat.
3. Fotovoltaik-panel (1) ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at glasfibrene (6a, 6b) har en filamentdiameter i området 3 til 15 pm, fortrinsvis i området 6 til 12 pm og særligt foretrukket på 9 pm.
4. Fotovoltaik-panel (1) ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at tekstilet (8a) omfatter et kædegarn (9a) og et skudgarn (10a) med en finhed i området 30 til 120 tex, fortrinsvis i området 45 til 100 tex og særligt foretrukket i området 60 til 70 tex.
5. Fotovoltaik-panel (1) ifølge et af kravene 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at glasfibrene (6b) på den side (4), der vender væk fra lyset, af den mindst ene solcelle (2) er udformet til et tekstil (8b) med en vægt i området 100 til 600 g/m2, fortrinsvis i området 200 til 500 g/m2 og særligt foretrukket på 390 g/m2.
6. Fotovoltaik-panel (1) ifølge krav 5, kendetegnet ved, at tekstilet (8b) omfatter et kædegarn (9b), der består af 1 til 9, fortrinsvis 3 til 7, særligt foretrukket 5 sammenføjede garner, med en finhed af garnerne i området 30 til 120 tex, fortrinsvis i området 45 til 100 tex og særligt foretrukket i området 60 til 70 tex, og et skudgarn (10b) med en finhed i området 100 til 450 tex, fortrinsvis i området 200 til 350 tex og særligt foretrukket i området 270 til 280 tex.
7. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et fotovoltaik-panel (1) ifølge et af kravene 1 til 6, omfattende trinnene med: - at påføre pulverformigt acrylat, der indeholder epoxygrupper, på et første tekstil (8a) af glasfibre (6a), - at påføre mindst en solcelle (2) og elektriske tilslutningsledninger (11), der er forbundet med solcellen (2), og eventuelt forbindelsesledninger (12), der forbinder flere solceller (2), på det pulverformige acrylat, der indeholder epoxygrupper, eller på et lag (13) af ethylenvinylacetat, der er påført på det pulverformige acrylat, der indeholder epoxygrupper, - at påføre et andet tekstil (8b) af glasfibre (6b) på den mindst ene solcelle (2), tilslutningsledningerne (11) og de eventuelle forbindelsesledninger (12), - at påføre pulverformigt acrylat, der indeholder epoxygrupper, på det andet tekstil (8b), og at laminere hele opbygningen.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, kendetegnet ved, at der som acrylat, der indeholder epoxygrupper, påføres glycidylmethacrylat.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, kendetegnet ved, at lamineringen sker i et temperaturområde fra 150 til 200° C, ved et tryk på op til 500 mbar og under et vakuum på 0 til 300 mbar.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 7 til 9, kendetegnet ved, at det første og andet tekstils (8a, 8b) glasfibre (6a, 6b) før påføring i det mindste delvist overtrækkes med en finish (14) som bindemiddel.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 7 til 10, kendetegnet ved, at det første og andet tekstil (8a, 8b) efter den pågældende påføring af det pulverformede acrylat, der indeholder epoxygrupper, tempereres i et temperaturområde på 70 til 120° C, fortrinsvis i et temperaturområde på 85 til 110° C og særligt foretrukket ved 100° C og ved et tryk på op til 500 mbar.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 7 til 11, kendetegnet ved, at der på det første og andet tekstil (8a, 8b) påføres pulverformigt acrylat, der indehol der epoxygrupper, med en kornstørrelse i området 10 til 500 prn, fortrinsvis i området 25 til 100 prn og særligt foretrukket i området 40 til 50 pm.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 7 til 12, kendetegnet ved, at der på det første og andet tekstil (8a, 8b) påføres pulverformigt acrylat, der indeholder epoxygrupper, med et optisk brydningsindeks, der efter laminering i det væsentlige er det samme som glasfibrenes (6a, 6b).
